Happy Birthday

I can't even believe I'm back here, yet I'm glad I still remember my password. Those holidays were really hectic and left me a lot of works to deal with.

In fact, it was not a great holiday for me. We had to work like a machine until late in the morning. Plus Granpa has gone just a week before Christmas and my family had to spend Christmas without him. I applied leave for a week so that I could spend Christmas along with my family given that everyone missed Grandpa. It took a week to make a decision whether or not to approve my request and by the time Christmas was over.

Unlike the past, we spent Christmas in Pondicherry and I regret that we did not even have a camera that I could share a couple of pictures herewith.

I don't have much time these days to write though, I just thought that I'd make this post since today is Adrian's first birthday if he had not passed away. He would probably celebrate his birthday in Heaven with angels around to sing him a Happy Birthday song.

Honey, if you were still alive,
I would buy you birthday gifts,
You no longer need these, though
For you have been there in a better place.
